Precious Jewell Middleton
As an accomplished Human Resources Professional and self-published author, Precious brings 13 years of practical expertise, a bachelor’s degree, and consulting certifications to the table.
Her journey began in the non-profit sector, where she managed multi-state payroll and volunteered as a silent auction coordinator, successfully raising $5k for the National SHRM Chapter and helping secure scholarships for aspiring HR professionals.
Throughout her career, she’s excelled as an HR Generalist with a focus on global recruitment, technical recruitment, and benefits administration in both union and non-union environments.
This diverse experience paved the way for her to assume the role of HR Manager at a local public charter school. In addition to her professional achievements, she holds consulting certifications and maintain affiliations with National Human Resources Management.
Precious is also a respected public speaker, actively contributing to empowerment of women and child progression.
